Vernon Suite

Positive: Perfect location, spacious apartment with everything you could need. Complimentary drink each day which was a lovely touch Very welcoming Negative: Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived which wasn’t too much of a problem for us as we hadn’t completed a long drive. The whirlpool bath didn’t work with a notice saying it had withered pipes from lockdown & parts awaited (this should have been reflected in the booking). Some damp on the ceiling & windows didn’t open which meant it was very warm at night

Well worth the visit! Positive: Lovely property within close walking distance to the town

Wish we could have stayed longer! Positive: The size of the room and the kitchen facilities. The garden was amazing, with fantastic views Quiet location but the town was easily accessible Negative: Someone having TV on very loud in the next room on one night

Positive: Lovely position overlooking Bakewell and surrounding countryside. Beautifully presented suite with eclectic furniture and fittings. Negative: Uncomfortable sofa and chairs, bathroom too hot (probably from heated towel rail).

Relaxing stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will certainly return Positive: Comfortable and welcoming. Negative: A shame the jacuzzi wasn’t operational in our room.
