Manners Suite Bagshaw Hall

Really enjoyed our short stay Positive: Lovely suite. Clean, and comfortable. Stunning grounds and views. Location was great.

Unieke locatie in mooi dorp, wat achterstallig onderhoud Positive: Locatie en het pand, plaatsje Bakewell is er leuk toeristisch en mooi. Tuin/terras is welkom als je met hond reist. Negative: Keukengerei is minimaal en verouderd. Wifi werkte bij ons op de kamer niet en er werd een poging gedaan om dit op de lossen, niet gelukt helaas. Wij hadden een kamer met slaapkamer met aan één kant nachtkastje, bed stond tegen de schuine wand aan. Parkeren is gratis maar krap dus opletten 😀.

Charmantes Haus, wir kommen gerne wieder Positive: Historisch interessantes Haus mit charmanter Patina, liebevoll geführt, schöner Terrasse, Parkplatz vorhanden. Negative: Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Mixed bag. Character and location great. Positive: Central location and characterful property. There is a nice lounge and outdoor terrace that was not completely apparent on first arrival and discovered later in our stay. Facilities good for self catering. Negative: Parking was a trial and quite tight. Mattress too soft for me and restricted space around bed. General room facilities were good however. Sloping roof a challenge in a number of areas for those of us 6ft plus!

Lovely stay in beautiful Bakewell Positive: It is a property built in 1680, therefore you are staying in history. The property has been developed but kept a lot of original features. Negative: No air con, however England or the UK as a whole has not predicted that this would be needed. Very warm upstairs. However a fan was provided
