Really great and useful place for us to stay, would stay again Positive: Well equipped rooms, easy check in and out process, beds were very comfy! Great shower!

Good value Positive: We stayed in one of the lodges with our dog - £15 charge as expected. The lodge is well located with a short walk into the town centre. It was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay and had excellent views of Bakewell from the lounge. We stayed in the Michael Palin lodge which was on the end, providing easy access to the garden for our dog. Price was reasonable and visitors are offered a discount at a local restaurant. Would stay here again. Negative: Not an issue for us but there's a steep walk uphill to the lodge (hence the lovely views). As others have said, the shower can be a little noisy. Also we couldn't open the bedroom window.
