Fun stay in an old manor, close to town, great view, large room. Positive: Very roomy (we stayed in a 2 bedroom), breakfast was generous portions, staff was friendly. Easy walk down the hill to town. We ate at the Woodyard, which was recommended by the lodge, and it was delicious! The hot honey haloumi pizza was my favorite. Negative: A second fan for the 2nd bedroom would have been much appreciated (during this hot hot summer).
