Convenient location, great service & great apartments’ Positive: Loved the flexibility of having apartments rather than just rooms and breakfast in apartment was great and convenient. Negative: We struggled to get consistent hot water but after getting the manager out it did work for the evening bath for children and in the morning

Overall, its a very impressive building with beautiful features in a beautiful location Positive: The location was ideal to visit the town for an evening meal, breakfast and village visit in the morning. Close to car charging points. Negative: In our family room, the toilet was difficult to flush and the main bedroom mattress was extremely soft. When we investigated, the bed was 2 stacked mattresses, not a traditional box spring, then mattress. It made the bed extremely soft and not ideal and unusual.

Great location very clean lovely comfy beds Positive: The location to walk down into Bakewell was amazing 5 - 10 minutes down a walkway. We travelled to Bakewell to visit Chatsworth House event and this accommodation was just what we needed with 3 ladies sharing Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
